Q. Are there any products in the mitts?
A. There are absolutely no products in any of the mitts.

Q. What are the Mitts made of?
A. The Resurfacing Face & Body Mitts is made of 100% floss silk. The Cleansing & Make up Removal Mitt is made of microfiber.

Q. What’s the difference between the Face & Body Resurfacing Mitts?
A. The Body Mitt has a heavier texture, and the Face Mitt is finer and gentler to use on delicate areas such as, the face, neck and décolleté.

Q. How soon will I see results with the Resurfacing Mitts?
A. You will see & feel results immediately!

Q. How often may I use the Mitts?
A. The Face & Body Resurfacing Mitts may be used 2 – 3 times per week. The Cleansing & Make up Removal Mitt may be used daily to remove make up & cleanse face.

Q. May I use shower gel or soap on the mitts?
A. No, the Resurfacing Face & Body Mitts are made to use with water only, using any kind of soap will break down the fibers in the mitts and you won’t have the same fabulous results. However you may use soap on the Cleansing & Make up Removal Mitt, but it is not necessary.

Q. May the mitts be machined washed?
A. The resurfacing mitts are made of a more delicate fiber and and therefore should never be machined washed. The only mitt that may be machined washed is the Cleansing & Make up Removal Mitt. It may be machined washed & dried inside out. Do not use fabric softener.

Q. How long will the mitts last?
A. The Resurfacing Mitts will last 3 – 4 months before needing to be replaced. The Cleansing & Make up Removal Mitt will last 6 months to 1 year before needing to be replaced
